Once again, like more than 30 years ago, we had a great family holiday in the still friendly, well-run and beautifully renovated Waldhotel! We are already looking forward to 2025! Rooms: Nothing is missing in the beautifully furnished rooms! Food & drinks: We were pampered every day with everything fine for breakfast and in the evening with varied and diverse dinners! I stayed at the hotel with my son for 4 days. When I checked I wasn't asked if I was here for the first time (to explain the hotel to me), nor was it explained to me that I had half board and so the first night's dinner fell through and we ordered pizza. It was only when we asked on the second evening that we found out that we had half board . Very unfortunate. The rooms have very nice wooden floors and are very clean. The people in the restaurants are very nice. We didn't like the fondue but the dinner on the last evening was very tasty. Breakfast strengthens you for a long and wonderful day of skiing. We were extremely enthusiastic about the Waldhotel Arosa. Our 4 year old (and quite active) son was taken seriously by the staff and kept him very busy, played with him and it was the most child-friendly experience in a restaurant for us so far. Staff 1A, the food was very good! My daughter, who had her birthday, was also warmly welcomed.
