The little Dolce Casa in Waldeck that I recently visited is a true gem and far exceeded my expectations. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately gave me the feeling of being in a cozy trattoria in the middle of Italy. The rustic furnishings, lovingly arranged with wood, warm colors and charming details, exude an authenticity that makes you forget everyday life for the moment. The service was impeccable from the start: attentive but never intrusive, friendly and with a passion for the house's cuisine that was reflected in every recommendation. What was particularly pleasant was the personal nature of the service, which immediately gave us the feeling that we were not just guests, but friends. But the real highlight was of course the food. Every dish was a declaration of love for Italian cuisine. The homemade gnocchi, served in a wonderfully velvety Gorgonzola sauce, literally melted in your mouth. The pizza, thin and crispy, topped with fresh ingredients, tasted like it came straight from Naples. The selection of wines was particularly impressive, matching the dishes perfectly and rounding off the experience. For dessert there was a tiramisu, which was almost perfect in its lightness and balance of coffee and mascarpone. Every spoonful felt like a hug – warm, sweet and with a hint of nostalgia. This restaurant is not only a place to eat well, but also a trip to Italy without leaving the country. It combines the soul of Italian cuisine with a family atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it to others. A must for all lovers of real Italian cuisine! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
