We ended up at Wakame Sushi by chance while we were passing through. It was pretty late, about 25 minutes before closing time, and we were just happy to get anything to eat at all. The sushi blew us away all the more: top quality ingredients, rolled really well and sometimes prepared differently than standard sushi (e.g. the avocado nigiri in fine strips, in the picture next to the tamagoyaki nigiri). The Maguro Rolls had incredibly delicious tuna - and they didn't skimp on it either. There was tuna fillet on the roll and two pieces of fillet inside. The ginger and wasabi were also really good.
