Today we stopped at Wafels en Meer. Pancakes aplenty!! I was feeling hungry because I was doing a tour with my racing bike and I had forgotten to take all my cycling food with me... The pancakes here were very tasty and the a volenté part can certainly be taken literally here. I was completely pampered here and enjoyed the many pancakes. Even when the dough ran out, more was made on site to meet all needs. I was even told a secret about the dough... which of course I kept to myself ;) Super friendly owners! Even a little worried because of the hunger pangs. But I can reassure them... I got home safely :) Nothing but praise for this business! An example for many. Thank you for the super tasty and large stack of pancakes!!! I'm a fan and will definitely come back.
