En plus de Santuario Santa Maria delle Grazie, visitez Wabi Sabi dans les environs. La cuisine japonaise créée par un chef populaire est merveilleuse à cet endroit. Ce restaurant offre un nigiri délicieux. Essayez un gelato savoureux. Après une longue journée de travail, vous pouvez essayer un cordial délicieux. Un ristretto immense accompagne bien un bon repas.
Wabi Sabi est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Un personnel digne attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service à ce lieu est rapide. La plupart du temps, on trouve ici une ambiance sympa. Google lui donne un score de 4.7, vous pouvez donc choisir cet endroit pour y passer du bon temps.

Ok decent sushi (not earth-shattering!), but how much if they pull it though! In my opinion unjustifiably expensive and in fact the first page of the menu catches the eye where it says that they apologize for having been forced (?!) to raise the prices so as not to reduce the quality of the service Mah! raw fish is not it may not be at least safe and certified if you don't want to risk having the place closed in a blink of an eye! The taste also largely depends on the skill of the chef as well as on the quality of the raw material. Miso (small disappointing detail: there was no tofu in their soup), Dashi, nori seaweed, rice, etc. I don't think they can really influence the cost in such an evident way?! Certainly the quality of the food is slightly higher than the average of the various sushi places managed by non-Japanese, as this one too was taken over already quite a few years ago by a couple of Italian gentlemen. The menu basically offers sushi and tempura and therefore it can't really be described as a Japanese restaurant, as if an Italian restaurant only offers pasta with tomato sauce in some variations. The very polite lady who served us justified herself by saying that if I went to Japan I would notice that even the various restaurants there are specialized. Since I lived in Tokyo for almost two years (but I haven't been to point it out to the owner) I can confirm that it is, but I would also like to say that among the most popular restaurants there are the so-called Izakaya where you can order many varieties of food . And then the restaurants in Tokyo are specialized because there are more than 160,000 and they are next to each other in a row. In a provincial town in Italy, if you are the only Japanese restaurant within a radius of several km, maybe you could offer a slightly more varied menu?! The name Wabi Sabi perhaps suits this restaurant more in its meaning of "sad, incomplete beauty" of Mahayana Buddhism (cit.) than of "spiritual ardor" that is sometimes associated with it. It didn't make me want to go back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40
