I don’t make many reviews but I feel I need to this time around and share my experiences.had a craving for some wings and hadn’t ordered from wild wing in many years decided to give it another try.previously, the prices vs portion sizes just didn’t match my expectations I didn’t think there was anything special about their wings either and many years later I see nothing has changed.well something’s have.i ordered the double with fries.first off when I got home the gravy was cold (2 little containers) the gravy came in.I had to get a spoon and scoop the gravy out on my fries put fries on a plate than heat up in the microwave.is this normal now? I dunno but I wasn’t too impressed.secondly,as mentioned above the portion sizes are “sad” 9 little wings in each container (I know it goes by weight blah blah)total cost $35
When I walked into this store it was completely empty (maybe due to pandemic or just because of peoples poor experiences here) and the lady working there when I walked in she was in the kitchen putting my wings in the bowl for mixing the wing flavors while talking on her phone while making them without any gloves which I thought was gross and just gave me a bad taste in my mouth and I really wish I cancelled my order it crossed my mind as I was walking out to my car trust me.i didn’t enjoy the meal at all.who talks on there phone while preparing a customers order? How unsanitary is that?
Lastly this worker seemed to have some sort of head cold allergies or whatever it was and it really made me concerned with the pandemic and all.I politely asked her if she was okay because her eyes were red nose was runny and she said she got the vaccine and she’s going home shortly.this really made me concerned.when she put my order on the counter and turned around and walked back in the kitchen she wiped her nose with her with her fingers and it completely grossed me out and made me worry because who knows if she handled my wings previously after wiping her nose with her fingers.gross! The drive home all I kept thinking about was this worker and the lack of sanitation preparation while handling the food and it outright ruined my appetite altogether.i will not go back to this location again and I will also be contacting head office to file a complaint as well.
