As a training restaurant (which it is), you get food and service here that you don't get in some top restaurants. Every day your plate looks like a work of art (without you getting the feeling that it has been painted too much into a painting) and it is a pleasure from soup to dessert. Tasty dishes (sometimes too tasty), friendly and nice people... Once you understand the concept you will get hooked on it. You don't come here to order à la carte (although it is possible to a limited extent), but you come for a daily special... In 6 months there has never been anything similar on the menu (very large variety). Always themed and with seasonal products. Compared to the daily specials of other restaurants, you don't get a different 'variation on minced meat' here every day. Extensive attention is even paid to the soup, always prepared with fresh vegetables (and therefore no packet soup). And water (with bubbles or a natural flavor) is free, as it should be in every restaurant. Not to mention the delicious seasonal desserts. Moreover, it is also pleasant to sit. Sometimes too cozy, because I stick around too often :-/ Better than what it should be. As a training restaurant, mistakes can and should be expected, but they perform 99% correctly, especially as you see the students grow. So that's why 5 stars are definitely deserved Can it be even better? Yes, but then you have to want a bow around everything and also be willing to pay for it.
