I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 rolled piadina, 1 supplì and 1 croquette at home. I must say that everything was very good and this is confirmed by the fact that the leavening of the dough at 72 hours is excellent from a digestibility point of view. The pizzas are Roman style, crispy and thin exactly how I like them. They are also larger than average. But I'm leaving 4 stars because the pizza with sausage only had 6/7 small pieces of chopped sausage and in my opinion that's too little. If there had been a little more seasoning I would have given the fifth star. The pizza with tuna was excellent but why did I add extra tuna otherwise that too would have been a little too light. In this pizzeria, the pizzas are good and light, the ingredients are good and they are also well stuffed, we had a margherita and a capricciosa, to my great pleasure it had the bismark egg!!! Unfortunately the big problem, however, is the dough, they are not Roman rounds, from my experience I can say that it is probably the dough from the shovel rolled out like a round pizza, it lacks the crumbliness of the round and has much more chewiness.
