We visited this establishment on Friday, September 15th. At the entrance you are greeted by "Cerberus", a terribly unpleasant girl. Hamit absolutely doesn’t want to keep visitors, it’s unclear how she is and why they’re holding her at the entrance, she only has to wash the toilets, and then when there’s no one there. We wanted to turn around and leave, she didn’t care, she didn’t even stop us. The only thing that stopped us was that there was no longer a bowling alley in Kaluga; this was the only one working at that time. Everything went well at the bowling alley, but when we went down to karaoke I was even more disappointed. I came with my wine, they didn’t let me in with it, they took me away and said I could bring my own if you ordered food for 1500 per person. In the end, we ordered more, but they never gave me my wine, they said they would give it to me when I left. When we left, no one returned the wine to me. They ordered, if I remember correctly, it was called a beer plate, they brought it all burnt, when they asked for a replacement, they brought it no better. In general, the evening was not a success. We were upset, the only thing that made us happy was the bowling. I don’t advise anyone to go there unless you want to ruin your Friday evening.
