I’m used to buy their soups. The regular price is $4.99. During today’s visit, the screen behind the counter was off, so no prices were shown up there, and somehow the price was no longer the same but $10.00 instead. I didn’t ask because, really, who would imagine the price doubling in just a few days? No one would! And if it was some sort of special soup, there was no sign indicating that. I only found out at the cashier. You know what? Their chicken and beef soups aren’t even that great, yet now they’re a lot more expensive. I would never spend $30 on three soups, especially not ones that aren’t even good. I feel scammed.

First time customer at Vincenzo's and I ordered a deli sandwich, it was so good and fresh. I had a young new kid in training and I think I was his first customer on the actual making of the sandwich. He did a wonderful job, he was cheerful but a bit nervous but that didn't deter him. I think his name is Marcus. Let him know to keep up his spirits and have fun with it. I am sire he will master the art. I will definitely recommend. Thank you

Do not have your event catered here. I had a funeral reception for 60 people and spent over $800, the food arrived 45 min late, which caused 10 guests to leave to go to a restaurant, sandwiches were a day old...just horrible
