Really nice cozy restaurant! We had some great starters and really nice pasta and gnocchi. The best part was the service. We never had to wait and had some good talks with the owner about things to see in the region. Also got some nice liquor to taste as well! The "Vincent bistrot" in Orbassano in the province of Turin is a great find. A restaurant started in April. I couldn't taste everything but, among the many proposals, we chose a pumpkin soup with roasted chestnuts, a trio of Bra sausage tartare, potato gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese fondue, acacia honey and walnuts, and a very appetizing wild boar with polenta. We closed the dinner with a pie with a warm pistachio heart. The wine list is interesting, among which I chose a Nero d'Avola Doc 2020 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
