Last night we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday in the Gold room, everything was extraordinarily coordinated and perfect. We stayed at Villa Santa Chiara to celebrate my nephew's 18th birthday, and although the external appearance of the structure is attractive, the organization leaves much to be desired. Throughout the entire experience, we were faced with constant attempts to request additional money, which compromised the serenity of the event. After booking and paying a deposit for the party, we were promptly contacted by the manager for further payments, creating an atmosphere more befitting of a fast food restaurant where you pay before you consume. Although our habit is to pay after using the service, we decided to proceed with payments to avoid complications. We later found out that the package also included a photo shoot, but at the end of the evening we were required to pay extra to get the photo album, contrary to what we were initially told. The sudden request for an additional 400 euros was a blow to our sense of trust and professionalism. Despite attempts at negotiation, we were unable to obtain any satisfactory solution. Finally, when leaving the car park, we found that the cars were held until a fee of three euros was paid, demonstrating a clear lack of trust towards customers. As a business owner, I believe this experience represents a sad and disappointing example of poor customer service, aimed exclusively at low-level customers. Ultimately, the most appropriate description for Villa Santa Chiara would be that of a circus, where the only attraction seems to be to entertain children, while adults find themselves facing a series of obstacles and disappointments.
