Rather, we use large quantities of fresh herbs from the Brunnenmarkt as well as from our in-house herb glasshouse, which enable wonderful flavors in meat and vegetable dishes. There are also no long waiting times and small portions. For the lunch menu we serve "normal-sized" portions, which no guest apart from you has ever complained about. In the evening there are mezedes, "delicious little things", known in Spain as tapas, in Greece as mezedes. The fact that these Mezedes are “small” is in the nature of things.
