I had lunch with my wife in this restaurant on Sunday. Delicious food and wonderful view but unspeakable service. It was supposed to be a relaxing outing but it turned into a real theater with the waiters shouting at each other in front of us. One in particular was worse than the others and even began to verbally abuse a colleague by calling him "incompetent", forgetting that he was in a workplace as if he were at home. I have done this job for 30 years and I understand there are some misunderstandings but I have never seen such a lack of respect in front of your customers.
