The circle Little-known and surprising restaurant in Deauville! An address to discover without a doubt whether you are a player or not. Imagine that by pure chance following a conversation, my partner asked me if I would like to go to dinner at the Casino Barrière restaurant, Le Cercle, this evening. And why not have dinner in an atypical setting, I told him? And so, what was our surprise to discover a space near the games tables, clever because the atmosphere is surprisingly quiet where the service takes great care of the customers, the menu is certainly quite limited but where the we are served refined cuisine. Congratulations to the chef for the choice of his quality products with just the right cooking. It’s simply a hit! The vegetables are slightly crunchy drizzled with a juice that is perfectly balanced for me as an accompaniment to my tuna tataki with sesame seeds. For the man, the rack of lamb of the day is tender accompanied by a zucchini gratin that is deliciously fragrant. I indulged in a lemon tart and it was perfect. Crispy dough, tangy cream, a few touches of crunchy meringue...a refreshing explosion! To avoid spoiling anything, the plates are beautifully presented. I thank the Maître d’hôtel for his welcome as well as Mickaël and Christine for their attentive service despite the crowds. An address that I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
