Beautiful villa located a few hundred meters from San Gimignano. Very beautiful villa, spacious and spotless rooms, very comfortable bathroom and shower but the thing we liked most was the welcome, top marks, Iasmina prepared us an exceptional breakfast and treated us really well... It seems to stay at home but with excellent service... Highly recommended!!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Quiet hotel, very well located 5 minutes walk from the historic center, and about 1 hour from Siena, Florence and Pisa. The decoration of the place is charming. Attention to detail is noted. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The swimming pool, in a superb garden, is large and pleasant. The staff is friendly. It is also possible to park your car for free in the secure car park. Breakfast is OK, neither good nor bad. We would have liked a little more homemade (dried croissants, hard fruits, offset by good cold meats) and variety (cakes?). The shower seals deserve to be changed. Note that part of the balcony and an equipped kitchen are accessible to all customers, where it is pleasant to have a drink/eat. Bring plenty of mosquito repellent (although citronella candles are available), many tiger mosquitoes are present, but this is specific to Tuscany. A good place to relax and not far from the centre of San Gimignano. Only a ten minute walk. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and you can order the day before, whatever you like. Outside there is a lovely garden with a nice pool. The owners and staff are very kind and friendly. We will definitely come back again when visiting San Gimignano. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4
