VietStreet Kitchen Norderstedt propose la livraison de plats pour les clients. Un personnel sympa vous recevra chez ce lieu tout au long l'année. Un service rapide est toujours un plaisir. Dans cet endroit, les clients peuvent apprécier une atmosphère calme. Mais ce restaurant n'a pas obtenu un score élevé de la part des utilisateurs de Google.

Disgusting and inedible food that we had to throw away. Never heard of customer service. At 6:41 p.m. we ordered fried noodles with crispy chicken, looking forward to a delicious meal. However, the delivery took a long time. The delivery person didn't ring the doorbell until 7:50 p.m. - a full 1 hour and 10 minutes after the order was placed. And what came next was a real disappointment. When we opened the packaging we immediately noticed that the food was completely cold. The chicken, which was supposed to be crispy according to the description, was soft and tasted old. As if that wasn't bad enough, there were fried onions everywhere on the fried noodles, even though we hadn't ordered them. Not only was this unappetizing, it also made the dish inedible for us. It was clear that this food could no longer be saved and we were forced to throw it away. Upset at how the whole thing went down, we immediately called the restaurant to report the incident. To our surprise, the reaction from the employees was anything but helpful. We wanted to speak to the **boss** to find a solution, but we were told that he was "unavailable". Instead, the employees gave the completely incomprehensible message that we would have to pick it up ourselves if we wanted hot food. This simply stunned us - an outrage considering that we had paid extra for delivery and then received such poor quality food. This behavior and the lack of customer orientation led us to the clear decision: We will never order there again. We have rarely had such a bad experience, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. If you bake a frozen pizza you'll need just 20 minutes and then delivering it somewhere is 1 hour and 10 minutes completely OK. For allergens and additives, onions are not listed so we don't have to specify them. If you can't tolerate onions, you have to specify them when ordering. Here you write that it takes 1 hour and 10 minutes and in the next comment it's 1.5 hours + stomach ache. More
