Unfortunately I'll have to quit going to this restaurant as they really seem to continue to make mistakes. For me alone I know speaking from experience this location can not get an order right. I either pay for gravy or in my case a honey dill dip and you don't recieve it in the order and they still charge you $3 a dip. It aint much but if you were to add the loss two times in one order thats already $6. The fish and chips is hard to screw up but they managed to do it. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich somehow managed to screw that up by adding way to much hot sauce to it. If I didn't know better I would think our meals were sabotaged because I had to phone and complain the last time as well. This making it the second time in a row my meal and a coworkers meal was screwed up. Plus again they can't seem to remember to give the extra dip or gravy but they don't have a problem charging for it. I wonder what they would say if I wanted to pay $6 less on pick up for food. I wish I could think of something to say positive about tonight's meals but there is nothing good to say and this is now the second consecutive time this happend. I don't recommend and I stay clear. not only did it take a very long time for someone to come take our order, they didn't come check how our food was doing, the fries were hard and cold and I ordered 2 orders of the millionaires bacon to go, that is FOUR pieces of bacon and the order on the bottom of the bag was completely burnt, not to mention it took over 30 minutes to get the bacon. The restaurant was maybe 1/4 full. Price per person: CA$50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
