Venez manger dans ce restaurant si vous avez faim après avoir admiré Bill Reid Gallery. La cuisine chinoise est bien préparée à Victoria Chinese Restaurant. Vous pouvez commander un bœuf fascinant. Dans ce lieu, les clients peuvent commander un gâteau aux fruits bon. On vous offrira un americano délicieux.
Cet endroit est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Un personnel beau montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans ce restaurant. Un service sympa est ce que les invités aiment ici. On peut s'attendre à un prix démocratique dans Victoria Chinese Restaurant. Un décor moderne et une atmosphère silencieuse permettent aux clients de se détendre. Awful horrible customer service and food was not good. Waitress said they are not gonna charge Tea and it is service clearly. Then when I tried to pay the bill, they started charging Tea and changed the word and lying to us. Then Staff forced me to pay tip 18 %-20 % and she aggressively yelled at me(customer) MUST pay that percentage tip!! What a bad customer service. And I don't understand why all staffs assume all Asians are Chinese!! Staffs they talked me in Chinese even I am not a Chinese! It was so rude staffs kept talking to me in Chinese even I don't understand Chinese at all. Here is Canada, it is not China. Don't assume all Asians from China. Speak and Communicate in Enlgish !!! I told the staff the customer service and food were not good so I don't wanna pay that much tip. And then staff (seems like owner or manager) Started giving me dirty look because I didn't give her lots of tip. It was the worst restaurant so far in my life and experience. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had on my entire life, period. My fiancé and I were having a wonderful day, as they had just asked me to marry them for a second time (and I obviously said yes! Haha. We met while scuba diving in Barbados, and I instantly knew at that point in time I had just met my soulmate for life!) and we had to celebrate it, so we decided to go to Victoria, as we both are chinese food lovers, slayyyyy!! As soon as we got there and sat down, the staff came to us with the menu while shouting many things in cantonese (I think?). All we got was something called AIYA, AIYA, but there was nothing listed on the menu that even remotely sounded like that. We decided to let it slide, and ordered a salty ratazana stir fry with a side of Brazilian BBQ meatsticks. She proceeded to call us silly for ordering those things, and went on a tangent about why war is bad, and how you never know who's children are going to scream and burn when you fire your first shot. We had no clue what she meant by it, and once again, decided to shrug it off. Once the food arrived, it looked nothing like the description!! The ratazanas were still moving and biting, and the Brazilian BBQ was actually Colombian. We decided to not pay the tip at the end, and they all cheered! They then told us that they always waited for this day, when a customer would simply refuse to pay for the tip and refuse to elaborate, as this was their goal from the very beginning! They revealed to us that this was the very reason why they would always treat their customers so badly, so there you go, guys!! If you ever go to Victoria Chinese Restaurant, do no tip them, at all costs!! You'll get a free dessert for it!!
