Your opinion counts a lot, and we regret that our pizza did not meet your expectations, during your tasting you should have let us know. All our products are of high quality, we use 100% fior di latte mozzarella. Our pizza dough is prepared with technique and 48 hours of maturation so that it is light and crispy. Neapolitan pizza usually has slightly thicker edges. A lot of work upstream to serve you a good meal. As for desserts, our restaurant closed its doors the same evening for 3 weeks off so we couldn't have all our homemade desserts on the menu.
