I have never encountered worse service. We decided to have a snack after shopping in the Atrium, the choice fell on the Viet Cafe. At the entrance there were two waiters - a girl with dark hair and a young man of Asian appearance. We entered the establishment, walked past, they looked at us and didn’t say anything (they didn’t even say hello). A few minutes later they brought us the menu (more like they just threw it on the table). When we were ready to order and asked the waiter to come over, he just came over, didn't say anything and just nodded. We thought that the man had problems with his speech apparatus, but a minute later we saw and heard him communicating with his colleague. I’ll immediately note that my colleague (a girl) also never said anything. My wife was brought a drink, she said “Thank you”, to which she received nothing in response. Result: strange sensations from staying in this establishment. Both waiters never said anything to us. The reason for this behavior is unknown and incomprehensible to us. The dish was a C grade and did not cause any delight, but there are no special complaints about the cuisine either.
