Absolutely disappointed with the staff I had made a reservation for two. Unfortunately, my friend couldn’t make it,, so I try to make a cancellation and I’m told I cannot make and there is a fee for it. I was charged 500+ dollars for canceling a reservation. I’m absolutely disappointed and I hope in the future nobody visits this restaurant.

We are very sorry and we understand your frustration regarding the charge.However, we would like to clarify that the current cancellation policy, including any charges for late cancellations or no-shows, is clearly specified and made available to the client during the booking process.As with all reservations, you accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions at that time. Such policies are necessary for the efficient management of our seating and to compensate for lost revenue from not being able to re-assign a table with short notice.The charges applied are in line with this agreed-upon policy.
