We couldn’t find a balance with Evgenia, she knows everything better than you)) she simply crams in everything that is needed and what is not needed. After a while they will definitely tell you that she didn’t say that)) and another trash +10% without warning, just + to the amount silently. But let’s just say, to make up for this moment, they offered the arch for free!) 1. We asked to take out the first hot dish right away, but they didn’t hear us, it was still not there for 20 minutes. 2. I understand everything, fries and all that, but damn it was just cruel to keep the children for almost 40 minutes without food! The children began to run to their parents, asking for food, I told the waiter several times, to which there was an absolutely unhappy look about this. As a result, the parents already freaked out and took their children to their place to feed them. 3. One waiter! Mockery of the person and the guests! 4. I said in Russian that the cake would be brought out by the pastry chef, our guest. As a result, it began that you can’t use the fountains, it’s smoky there ‍Then, without warning, the waiter rolled out the cake!!! They ruined the presentation of the cake! 5. Absolutely not customer-oriented. Rude, tactless. But Evening Dawns is something incredible!!! The food, the menu is so delicious, it’s beyond words. I recommend this cafe, I stand behind every word, all the guests, about 40 people, were delighted!!!! Tasty, plentiful, the presentation of the dishes is a masterpiece.
