Très chouette restaurant, personnel très sympathique et ouvert (intolérance au gluten, pas de soucis !), nourriture recherchée, bière artisanale et prix modéré.5 jours à Berlin, nous y sommes allés deux fois, donc je recommande !

100% Vegan menu. Everything we tried was delicious. Curry wurst with braised onions and white bean soup as starters, then spaetzle and seitan roast entrees. Small beer menu, but the Vaust Pils was really good and the sour, good without syrup (and as an American, not used to adding items to beer, I added raspberry syrup to the second half, very tasty). Dinner comes with bread service and a delicious oil and herb mixture for dipping. Nice touch was a lit candle for the table. Decided to try German food and found vegan Vaust. Almost didn't stay due to the less than great decor and few patrons. But glad we did! Service was great and the food even better. Several gluten free options. We ordered the seitan steak and the moussaka.....and wish we had more!
