Interior: eclecticism with a touch of Provence. The available space is used to the maximum for various seating arrangements: tables with chairs, comfortable sofas. We ordered a business lunch from the seasonal menu. At the business lunch we had bruschetta with ham (not bad, but nothing special) and carbonara pasta (not really something to write home about), it seemed that they didn’t bother with the business lunch. The seasonal menu includes mushroom cream soup (rich mushroom flavor, delicate texture, milk foam a la cappuccino), marbled beef steak with chanterelles. Beefsteak deserves a separate description. The surface is brown, the cut is light gray, the taste of fried meat is moderately salty, the texture is juicy, uniform, without coarse connective tissue and tendons. The appearance can be said to be ideal, flattened round shape, the surface and edges are smooth, without cracks. Fried chanterelles and sauce go great with steak.
