Un personnel plaisant attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service luxueux est toujours un plaisir. On vous recommande aussi cet endroit car il propose un prix juste. Kassel has its Vapiano again :) Sounds good at first and the restaurant actually looks really modern and cozy. And there is now also a small play area for children. This makes waiting times much more relaxed. The restaurant is spread over 2 floors. It is incomprehensible why there are almost only normal tables on the upper floor, which can only be reached via stairs, while there are almost only bar tables in the basement. This is rather pointless for guests with walking difficulties and wheelchair users. The ordering concept has changed: There are 3 terminals where orders are placed. Basically everything can be ordered and the dishes can also be customized. However, it is no longer possible to get a portion of pasta without sauce. Sure, you can tell the staff that, but I don't really understand why that can't be done directly when ordering. Otherwise there is the usual Vapiano menu with the appropriate ingredients. Unfortunately, prices have generally risen significantly in recent years, meaning that the price-performance ratio is by no means balanced. The drinks in particular make a visit here very expensive. It's a shame: the mini tiramisu in a glass wasn't available during our visit. The restaurant makes a clean impression, as do the toilet facilities in the basement (only accessible via stairs) and the barrier-free toilet (on the ground floor). The staff is also friendly and open to questions. The positive thing is that the Vapiano in Kassel is not extremely crowded. Even on a Saturday evening it is possible to get a seat here. However, this Vapiano is not one of our favorite restaurants in the chain. Parking: The Vapiano Kassel does not have its own parking spaces. Located right in the city center, it can be reached quickly via the underground car park at Friedrichsplatz or, above all, via the Galeria car park. The public transport connection is excellent - due to the location. It's easy to get here, less than a 5-minute walk from one of the parking spaces or the tram stop. Kid-friendliness: The staff is also friendly towards younger guests. This is also evident in the fact that a small children's corner has been set up here. Otherwise there are also children's menus. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant must be entered via a small stair base. There are only 2 steps, but the upper step is very narrow. The barrier-free toilet is easy to reach on the ground floor and is very large. Wheelchair users will have problems because most of the seats are on the upper floor. This can only be reached via stairs. Unfortunately there are only a few "normal" tables on the ground floor. Most are high tables/bar tables. This is a rather unfortunate solution.
