Sucks I was a regular customer for 25 years. But what happened to me yesterday blows everything up. I ordered a large picante pizza and two other pizzas to take away. When we got home we were excited about the pizza. Before the last slice of pizza I suddenly noticed a huge hair in my mouth. I pulled the hair out and it was caked with pizza dough. I immediately called and complained. Instead of apologizing (boss) he told me there wasn't a hair and I should look again. After this statement, I drove up and asked the boss what we can do now. He actually wanted to make me a pizza picante again I said no, I don't eat pizza anymore. I want my money back. At first he said no, he won't give it to me. All clear, I sat in my car and looked for the email from the health department. Suddenly he knocked on my car window and was angry and pissed at me and if you have a fly in the pizza, the least you can do is give the customer your money back. In any case, no apology, no I'm sorry. No, on the contrary, this man was on top of that, cheeky, snooty. In any case, I'll report it to the health department because I won't let myself be treated like that.
