Confusing experience. Very disrespectful and arrogant managers. INSULTANTS. Do not hesitate to insult their customers as 'chi**ts' and tell them to 'get out of here' More than average food. The place could be nice but run by insulting people. I ask for a dish with tagliatelle. The dish arrives served with potatoes. So I ask the waiter - who happens to be the manager - if there is a mistake in the dish. He looks at me with a mocking look and says "I don't know, I'll check in the kitchen". I point out to him that the card of the day is in his hand. He leaves, takes 2 steps, looks at her and says to me, laughing, “ah yes, I know, I made a mistake when writing the dish of the day”. Did you get ALL the slates wrong? So, is it a mistake or do we need to check in the kitchen? I ask to be served a portion of pasta since I don't eat potatoes. To which he replies "well no; that's how it is. That's all you'll get!" We wait 5 minutes for a solution to be provided. In vain. I then speak to the waitress - apparently her sister, the co-manager - who tells me "well no, we won't give you anything, that's how it is and no other way". I ask again for a portion of pasta as indicated on the MENU and that the restaurant offers 3 dishes based on tagliatelle. And she says, "well no, that's not how we make our carbonara! And you think that's all we have to do? You won't have anything else. Don't you understand?!". All this while shouting, in front of customers. It's a joke ? you have 3 pasta dishes and you refuse to cook a portion? The waiter comes closer, puts his face in my face and shouts, "Don't you understand? You won't have anything else. We won't make you anything else. No other dish. Nothing!" I asked for my accompaniment, that of the dish MENTIONED ON THE VARIOUS SLATES of the day. As we left, the waitress kindly showed us her education with a very shouty "GET OUT HERE IMMEDIATELY" and adding "you made me laugh at raising my hand all the time". OK! excuse us for having asked twice for wine but above all OUR SUPPORT. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
