Especially if you are celebrating a birthday and there are a lot of names of dishes! Check: -Did they give you the promised discount? - if you made a discount, check for the entire receipt or only for some items! -were all the ordered dishes brought out, and if they were brought out, was it in the quantity that you ordered? So! I’ll only tell you about my last visit to this establishment. They sent me an offer to celebrate my birthday, promising a plate of fruit, a bottle of champagne, free entry for me and my guests, and a 20% discount! I personally came to the establishment to discuss this offer and choose a table. ALBINA advised me. She said that the table I chose had a deposit of 35 thousand rubles. And if the amount is above 35t rub. , then there will be a 20% discount on the entire check. She also said that there is a banquet menu and a general one. If I have 10 or more people, then I can choose dishes from there. But you need to approve the menu 5 days before the event. Because products are purchased in advance. And you can only order more from the general menu. Just in case, I clarified that there would be a discount only for additional orders or for the entire check, ALBINA assured me that it was for the entire check, it just needed to exceed the deposit. That's all! She didn't say anything else! OK. We came to celebrate. A separate point about the kitchen: the Caesar salad and bruschetta were disgusting. The Caesar salad did not use lettuce leaves, but Chinese cabbage. Bruschetta: on a regular, not very fresh loaf. The promised fruit plate did not arrive! Just like Albins on this day! I had to look for a message where it was written about fruits, and only then they brought them to me! But not at all in the form they promised. But I won’t go into these details! The most interesting thing was when I asked for the bill!!! Firstly: they counted an extra bottle of champagne for me, Secondly, they gave a 15% discount And thirdly, only for what we ordered from the general menu!!!! Actually, we went to deal with this chaos!!! They asked me to show a guest card with a 20% discount, thank God I had it with me. But they refused to give a discount on the banquet menu! Having said that I misunderstood Albina! As a result, the mood was ruined, as was my holiday! I have paid. But they promised to contact me and sort out this situation upon Albina’s arrival!!!!
