We visited Uryuk in Metropolis today. We are quite frequent guests of this establishment: delicious food (although once they forgot to put carrots in our pilaf), polite staff. But today the opinion about the polite staff has dissipated. Initially, upon crossing the threshold, we were greeted by a seemingly sweet girl, Ramina. “Kindly” led us through the entire room (considering that almost all the tables were free) and took us to a table near the window and the scorching sun with dirty windows. I asked a question: is there a reservation for a table in the shade near the wall? to which the girl quietly muttered something with a dissatisfied look. I asked again, to which I received an aggressive answer, in a high tone with a dissatisfied face, full of irritation: “Yes, I just said that.” Sorry, but is it normal when a piece of cake in an establishment costs 600 rubles?!
