While visiting another church in the area we needed to find a place to eat. This being small-town Italy and already after 1 pm everything was closed so we googled to see what was open and about 15 min away in the town of Guasto we found Uno Dopo L'Altro. Not expecting more than maybe a slice of pizza or panino we were pleasantly surprised the full Trattoria was open and not just the bar. Seeing some locals eating some pasta and ceci we all decided to get the same and it was a great choice. This was the best pasta ceci I've had other than my mother-in-laws. I highly recommend it to anyone who's in the area or even an hour away to stop in and have a bowl. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
