Stopped in here before a show at the Sanderson Center yesterday evening. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We ordered the brisket poutine which came with huge slabs of beef brisket on top and also ordered some ribs, fries, and onion rings. All the food was fresh to order. No complaints at all. Decent canned beer selection as well, maybe throw a few White Claws or Vodka Sodas in there for more selection. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Smoked Beef Brisket Ribs Coleslaw Beans and Corn Bread, 1 3 Rack Ribs

Was visiting from Toronto and was really in the mood for bbq. I found Uncle Sam’s on google so I decided to give this place a shot and I’m glad that I did. I chose their 2 meat plate with chicken and ribs and decided to add brisket as I was in the mood for it. This all came to about $35 which I thought was going to be a lunch with a little bit leftover for dinner. The portions are so large that I now have a full dinner and potentially some meat to mix in with a salad tomorrow. The taste of the food is phenomenal. About as any top bbq spot you’re going to find in southern Ontario. Everything was so juicy, perfectly sauced, and perfectly seasoned. The lady who served me which seems to be the owner, was very sweet and accommodating. I will definitely be back here next time I’m in Brantford.
