I had the pleasure of visiting a very small, home-style vegan restaurant that offered an exceptional macrobiotic meal. The meal consisted of a delicious soup followed by a main course with pasta, rice and a second course, all accompanied by a particular tea that completed the meal perfectly. The quality of the food was exceptional, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients that came together to create a truly memorable dining experience. In particular, the pasta and rice were perfectly cooked, and the second course was enjoyable. The dessert we chose, an apple pie and a hazelnut pudding, were both delicious and ended the meal perfectly. The service was friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy, homely atmosphere. Even though the restaurant was very small, we felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The homely feeling was also reflected in the food, which tasted authentic and genuine. In summary, this small and homely vegan restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience, with high quality food and a welcoming atmosphere, they also have vegan products for sale that are not easy to find in the area.
