Well, frankly, I apologize for the assessment, but it was really, really bad, the broth had no taste and the ingredients seemed to lack some sort of consistency. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

(EN below) I heard about Umami ramen only after they opened, when they replaced a not-so-good sushi place. Since everyone is trying in the beginning, I came later - when the standards are established. When you arrive, the first thing that catches your eye is the open kitchen, where everything is prepared right in front of you. The companion who joined the tasting was the first to notice that there is no accessible toilet, so you won't spend the whole evening here. The concept is more of a bistro, so you won't find serious drinks here, but there will be a place for "dropping by to eat". Several of the appetizers on the menu weren't available, so we settled on a selection of main dishes. We ordered yakitori ramen with chicken and noodles with salmon. The ramen was relatively good - a lot of ingredients, enough chicken. The broth was tasty, but I like it more salty - others may not like the seasoning, but it was very good for me. There were carrots in the ramen that shouldn't have been there - not a big deal, but it drew attention. Pasta with salmon left more impressions - wakame always pleases, the amount of salmon really did not disappoint, in general, quite a successful meal for pasta lovers. What I didn't really like - plastic utensils and paper bowls. It was not convenient to eat them, and it is not fun to finish the broth from a paper container either. The service did not leave an impression, maybe it seemed a bit more dismissive than in restaurants or cafes, but I think it's because of the concept. Overall - quite good, tastier ramen than others I found in Kaunas. There is room for improvement, so let's hope that it will continue to go up. The price-quality ratio is satisfactory, but not perfect Higher price scale. EN I heard about Umami ramen immediately after they opened, when they replaced a not-so-good sushi place.
