Had an incredible BEYOND BURGER!! (a luxury in trieste), the staff was super friendly the burger was great, the milkshake was small but delicious, the fries need improvement (very oily, hollow, soggy, small portion) but the seasoning was on point. We'll definitely be ordering from here again.

For the fans of Odio Il Brodo. The new shop offers burgers, chips, and shakes. Bigger than it looks, or maybe bigger than I expected UAU Burger is really good, but I may have been spoiled by giant sandwiches around here, cause it looked a bit small to me. Also it was a good size for lunch. All very fresh ingredients, and I love the secret sauce. For the milkshake... I am a big fan of that sugary strawberry flavour. The tiny marshmallows on top were very cute too. The portion would probably be enough for me in a full menu situation. But, considering the size on its own, I wouldn't just go there to get a milkshake. This might sound weird, but I did go to McD or BK only for a milkshake for years. So, my mind was considering UAU as an alternative. All in all, I think places like UAU, Odio il Brodo, and Doppio Malto will keep things fresh for some time.
