I've ordered from there quite a few times never had any complaints until the last time I asked for it well done it was not well done whatsoever and it was actually just warm it wasn't even that hot and it's never been like that they're always very good Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Medium Chicken Shawarma Pizza

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered 2 pizzas and the order never came. When I called they simply passed the buck and told me to call skip the dishes. They didnt give it to the delivery driver because he didnt have a thermal bag. Didnt call me to tell me, waited for me to call. When asked if they have delivery drivers on staff they said yes, so when asked why they didnt send it put with one of them , the reply was "because you ordered through skip the dishes not directly through us.", so rather than take the initiative to keep thier customers happy they woild rather wash thier hands of it. I will never order from Twice the deal pizza in Welland again!
