We go to this place all the time, everything is always very tasty and good service! BUT last time we booked in advance, arrived on Saturday evening, full boarding accordingly. We, a young couple without children, were seated near the children's room; the children not only behaved loudly, but screamed. I believe that we should have been warned about such a table when we booked it.

On 08/21/2023 we booked a table for dinner as usual. Near the children's room. On this day they had some kind of birthday. The waiter warned about the delay in the kitchen, but I didn’t think that we would wait an hour and a half for our food! An hour and a half later, the waiter openly told us that now he would serve people from their birthdays, then he would take care of us. It's just creepy. Now in the future we will choose a restaurant of our own company, instead of Tutto Bene, we need to fight this attitude.
