My family used to love going to Turtle Jack's while growing up so for my father's birthday on Monday, we decided to order in using uber on his birthday. He had ordered the chicken Parmesan, but as he was eating the bread that came with the meal- it was so stale in the middle that it chipped his tooth and he had to go to the dentist. Please just check the quality of products before sending it out! We ordered 2 french dip sandwiches as well which were pretty good but we definitely were hesitant on eating more. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30

Came for a quick meal, then was told at 3pm when we arrived that they had a "sitting" at 430, yet the entire restaurant was empty, with folks sitting at bar rail, bar booths empty. Weren't given an option to sit, and sent away. If apparently a single party has reserved the entire restaurant at 430, what's the point in updating your hours online if you're unwilling to accept patrons, even just two people. Healthy, and balanced menu. I can't appreciate enough being handed a Clean menu; Keep it up! Was waited on by megan*, and Jake and I think the manager? checked up on us, but the staff was not overwhelming us. The atmosphere was pristine too, and waiting for the food and drink didn't take long. Thank you for a lovely night out Turtle Jack's waterdown, see you again. Ordered tuna poke bowl and penne pasta. Would order again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40
