Tseh85 is an excellent chain of bakeries in terms of delicious pastries and coffee, but unfortunately not in customer service. On Friday, May 26, an unpleasant situation occurred. We placed an order through a self-service terminal, as a result of which the payment failed and the payment was charged twice (the receipt was not issued, of course). We never received the order itself, because the cashiers said that they did not display payment information, although the order itself had already begun to be fulfilled. Moreover, in the TSEKH85 application information about payment was displayed and some bonuses were awarded indicating the order number and the status “received”. The cashier began to find out something from the manager on the WhatsApp app, from the IT specialists, etc. They kept us for about 50 minutes. The cafe was already closing, the order was not issued, they told us to contact the support service, where they might issue documents stating that none of the payments went through (we asked for a refund). And so we wrote to the support service, but they replied that we would eventually send them documents stating that the payment had occurred, and they would already make a request to the accounting department, which apparently only works on weekdays. Everything has been sent, we are finally waiting for a refund, but so far everything is unclear. TIP: remove the self-service terminal and send it for revision, improve the system for generating orders, and teach employees to treat customers more politely in unexpected situations. Everyone understands how much your employees work and it’s hard, but the client should not suffer. The client came to you to relax, but such a situation happened, naturally he is on nerves and you should still try to improve the situation and help as much as possible, and not kick back and say that such a situation is normal, it happens - no, this should not be normal, but At least you can’t say that to a client. P.S. They offered coffee as a compliment when they left the cafe, but it would have been better if they had offered it while we were waiting for information.
