La cuisine autrichienne est bien préparée à ce restaurant. Ici, vous pouvez boire un cordial délicieux. Le succès de Tschögglbergerhof serait impossible sans un personnel accueillant. Un service spectaculaire est ce que les invités apprécient ici. La plupart du temps, ce lieu vous assure une ambiance confortable. Hotel Saltus and Tschögglbergerhof, we booked half board for two weeks at the Hotel Saltus based on the website. In order to give a fair assessment, you have to describe these two companies separately. Hotel Saltus, the rooms (puristic and yet very tasteful), the infinity pool, the sauna, the relaxation rooms, the view from the room, everything exceeds the expectations raised by the website. The cleaning was very good. Overall impression really great! I can rate the hotel with 5 stars. The two companies Hotel Saltus and Tschögglbergerhof belong together. Gastronomy is primarily offered and “handled” at the Tschögglbergerhof (breakfast and dinner). Breakfast is served à la minute; there can be considerable waiting times (more than 20 minutes). The dinner is designed as a menu; here you quickly realize that several generations are responsible for the dishes. Especially as a vegetarian, the main courses were neither convincing in terms of craftsmanship nor in the use of goods compared to the meat dishes (e.g. onion roast vs. bean stew, just one example of many). On the subject of wine and “wine bars” I would like to say that the wine list is quite interesting, unfortunately during the 2 weeks some wines with a different vintage than those offered on the menu were served without comment. The evening service was very friendly and tried hard, but largely unskilled. I can rate the Tschögglbergerhof with a weak 2 stars. So for me it's a 3 star rating overall.
