We went through the drive through and we could see no one in the restaurant and no one was in the drive through. We pulled up to the menu board and someone came on the speaker and said one moment please. We waited close to 5 minutes and finally I simply said "hello?" The woman immediately comes back over the speaker and legit yelled at me to "be patient". No customer should ever be spoken to the way I was. It was despicable behavior from someone working in customer service. This woman should not be working with the public. She has ZERO people skills and patience herself. We wait another minute or so and she comes back on and says "yes". We give her our order which wasn't complicated. It was 1 burger meal, 1 induvial burger, chicken strips and a milkshake. They say pull to the next window and we do. We sit at that window for about 3 minutes. and then they opened the window and had a question about our order which lead to us reconfirming the entire order. They shut the window again. Another minute or so later they open the window and read the order for the 3rd time and half of the stuff is messed up and they added a bunch of random stuff to the order. AGAIN, we can see that no one is in the restaurant or in drive through. We go through it again for a 3rd time and they still don't get it. At this point we were in the drive through for close to 15 minutes. I said forget the order, cancel it because I will go somewhere else and the woman who yelled at me earlier mouth drops and she rolls her eyes. I will NEVER come back here again. This Triple O's was surprisingly good, clean inside with very courteous staff. I had the Caribbean jerk chicken burger with Cajun fries. The burger was great, nice touch of spice with done vinegary sweetness from the pineapple and onion pickle/relish. Cold brew was surprisingly decent, might even dare to try it without milk next time.
