Had a late dinner while staying at Novotel after a late flight; Greek salad with added salmon, glass of wine. Restaurant was almost empty, service was fast and courteous, food was excellent despite being simple. Will return to hotel and most likely to the restaurant as well. Attended a private event and we were blown away by the quality and flavours of each dish we tasted. The atmosphere was fantastic & the quality of cocktails was top notch. From buffet, to a la carte, definitely keeping Trio in mind for any future occasions or events we may need to host. We would love to bring our family and friends here to experience Trio Restaurant. I had dinner with my family at Trio Restaurant, and our reception food came from here as well. The meals were priceless. Everything was cooked well, and we had a wonderful waitress, Sheila, who went above and beyond. She came at just the right time whenever we needed anything and asked if we needed anything else. She accommodated our requests and made all our family feel comfortable. This was almost my third time trying the food from this restaurant.
