The flavors of the dishes are exceptionally good. Especially with the 'traditional' dishes. Back to the basics but with a refined touch. Garnish neat. Smooth operation. Gangs come when they're supposed to. Transferring dishes from the 4-course menu to the 3-course menu is easy for a small additional charge. Flexible when it comes to those kinds of things. Excellent choice of wines with adapted wines option and extensive knowledge of them by the service. Quite cozy, not too big. Right amount of staff/tables. The front of the room is a cozy space with mainly tables for two. There is also a second room where a larger table is possible for up to 14-15 people, probably. Smooth operation. The corridors come when they are supposed to. Without a sweater on, it was a bit chilly on a winter evening. Especially when the door opened. In my overall impression, it is the kitchen that was particularly astounding. One dish that really stuck with me is a camembert cheese dish with pulled wild boar. But I also cannot forget a veal with refined drops of all kinds of old traditional flavor bombs such as Jerusalem artichoke mousse. Dietary restrictions: For example, to have 2x fish or no meat in the three-course menu, it was easy to switch between dishes from different menus for a small additional charge. Wheelchair accessibility: The door is on the left side where wheelchairs can enter. The facade suggests otherwise, the old shop door at the front is not in use.
