Found by chance while looking for a nice place for a romantic dinner. We found a little gem nestled in the beautiful Capoliveri. Excellent welcome from the owner (family-run business) who reserved a table for us on the panoramic terrace. Excellent menu with local products and homemade pasta. Abundant and tasty starters. We didn't try the desserts as we were already in ecstasy after the frying. The service is a little slow but in the end if you are on holiday you can also slow down a little. Really good! We went to this restaurant for dinner, it has a spectacular view of the sea, delicious food and fresh fish. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The price is excellent. At the Trattoria di Pesce il Giardino you can look forward to high-quality and creative dishes with a focus on fish and seafood. The owner Daniele welcomes and serves the guests with so much heart and friendliness that you can only feel comfortable. The restaurant is located in the south of Capoliveri and offers a wonderful view of the town's colorful houses and the sea with the islands of Montecristo and Pianosa in the distance. Due to the limited number of tables, reservation is necessary in advance. For us, a visit to the Trattoria di Pesce is an essential part of a holiday on Elba.
