A huge thanks for this amazing stuff. A good thought “menu degustazione” with wine pairing from the region. They really know what they are doing and serving. They know personally all the producers and origin of the products that they are using. There is a story behind every dish, ingredient and wine that they are serving. A huge thanks to the Trattoria for this amazing luch.

We had a great experience here. The service was outstanding – warm and friendly and not the least bit pretentious for a Michelin starred restaurant. They can tell you a story about every ingredient and dish, it clearly matters to them and their pride comes through. The food was wonderful. Not your basic Italian cuisine, beautiful flavors and textures. Bevagna a is a charming town and we will be back to this Trattoria.

Unfortunately for me has not been "one of the best five restaurant in Umbria" at all!Food was average, just think that the same bread crackling I found it in 3 different dish....The ravioli were not even nicely filled. The pigeon was nicely cook, and I enjoyed, but the "alla diavola" was just the bread It's a shame, cause in such a small place I was expecting much greater things as per the reviews which I read.Sfortunatamente non é stato "uno dei migliori 5 ristoranti dell' Umbria" I piatta assaggiati erano ok, niente di che, I ravioli non erano nemmeno ripieno a dovere. Buono il piccione e la sua cintura, ma di "alla diavola" c' era solo il pane messo al centro del piccione...peccato, mi aspettami molto di meglio sia dalle recensioni che da un consiglio di un amico
