L'amabilité ça doit dépendre des jours, sur qui on tombe pour le service. La pâte de la pizza est excellente, ce qu'il y a dessus un peu moins. Une garniture très fade, pas même une olive. Les spaghettis aux fruits de mer : excellents. Carpaccio de thon : bon, mais un peu fade, là aussi. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I recently had the opportunity to try spaghetti Aglio e Olio at Trattoria Roma and was extremely impressed. The pasta was cooked perfectly, with an al dente texture that allowed it to absorb the flavors. The olive oil used was of high quality, bringing a fruity and rich note. The garlic was carefully prepared, adding a delicate fragrance, and the chili flakes provided a nice spicy sensation, balancing the dish perfectly. A sprinkling of fresh parsley added color and freshness. This bruschetta was made with perfectly toasted slices of rustic bread topped with a vibrant mix of diced tomatoes, fresh basil and a drizzle of premium olive oil. The tomatoes were ripe and full of flavor and the basil added a fresh and aromatic touch. The balance between the acidity of the tomatoes and the richness of the olive oil made every bite satisfying. The bread had a crispy crust on the outside and was soft on the inside, creating a perfect base for the toppings. The restaurant had a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.
