We visited for lunch, and although the place wasn’t very crowded (only 4-5 occupied tables with about 20-25 people), it took 20 minutes just to receive a menu. After ordering, we waited another 30 minutes, only to be informed that one of the dishes couldn’t be prepared due to a missing ingredient, so it would be removed from our bill. We agreed, but then waited an additional 15 minutes without any updates, so we politely checked in with the waiter. The food finally arrived an hour after we placed our order. One dish was fine, but the other was inedibly salty. It feels like this restaurant is run by friends who lack experience in providing professional service. Thanks to the give-away I won, I got the chance to have lunch at Trattoria Boretti. The food was super tasty, the restaurant has a beautiful interior and the service was very friendly.
