Kind and smiling, they gave us a table for two even though they were full, guaranteeing professional, smiling, timely service and with great tasting dishes. The bigoli are excellent and the shin is super. We're not from the area, but if we end up in that area again, we'll definitely go back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40

Boiled ribs and then grilled, rather salty. I didn't like them. I had asked to have some mixed grilled meat but they told me that it could only be done if two people asked for it. I ask for cooked vegetables, they offer me mushrooms or fried potatoes. Decline. At the next table, served before us, cooked vegetables. At the other table next to us, served after us, cooked vegetables (a mixture of herbs in both cases). I was dismayed. Slice of meringue was all frozen cream, I had to be served with a puree of fresh strawberries, and we are also in season, they drip an industrial strawberry topping on it. Cover charge 2.50 per person, there wasn't even a full tablecloth, we ate on a table runner. Inadequate value for money. Trattoria al Torcio is a true jewel in the local gastronomic panorama. From the first moment, the warm welcome from the staff made us feel at home. The quality of the food is simply exceptional: each dish is prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, highlighting the culinary traditions of the region. We tried different specialties on the menu and each one won us over with its flavor and presentation. The portions are generous and the prices are fair, offering great value for money. It is rare to find a restaurant that manages to combine culinary excellence with genuine customer care so well. The staff is extremely polite, knowledgeable and always ready to provide advice and explanations on the dishes. Their courtesy and professionalism made our experience even more pleasant. In summary, Trattoria al Torcio is a place where the passion for good food and attention to the customer meet in a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent dishes without spending a fortune.
