We always ask our customers to book precisely because there are evenings, like yesterday's, in which Italy plays European style where people book (even days in advance) and the workload is high. Unfortunately you haven't booked and it happens, as mentioned earlier, that the pizza runs out. Giving one star without trying the pizza, denigrating the work of people who get up at 8 every morning to serve customers from Monday to Sunday, well I think it can be very qualified as behavior.
