For a decade now, the Tram Experience has been delighting your taste buds with its original journeys through some of the capital's most beautiful districts.
This year, the six- and seven-course menus that you will enjoy on board have been designed by renowned Brussels chefs! Following the rhythm of the seasons, our great chefs will treat you to some contemporary Belgian cuisine, served with their own special blend of elegance and originality.
Michelin-starred chef Lionel Rigolet* is once again delighted to be the patron of the Tram Experience! His rigour and expertise, as chef of the prestigious Comme chez Soi, helps us to guarantee you tasty menus, executed to perfection.
The recipes are meticulously prepared on board by our caterer Thibault Granville (Taste Great) and his team.

The Tram Experience, this atypical concept combining gastronomy and strolling through the streets of Brussels, promises a unique experience aboard a tram converted into an intimate restaurant. We enjoyed our time on board, although it was quite cold in the carriage and it was difficult to hear each other. The staff stands out for its professionalism. Each dish is served with care, accompanied by explanations of the composition and a dedicated drink. As for the cuisine, the "all-in" menu includes a succession of well-executed dishes, but without any real brilliance. We will still keep in mind the starter, scallops, Jerusalem artichoke, tartufata (by Alexandru Sapco) In short, the Tram Experience is an adventure that will appeal to lovers of unusual discoveries.
